Rating Process

We adopt all necessary measures to ensure that credit ratings and outlooks are based on a thorough analysis of all available, relevant, and reliable information, following the applicable credit rating model and methodology.

Data collection and desk review

The analytical team gathers the required information and conducts an initial analysis.

Interviews

The analytical team conducts interviews with representatives and key staff of the rated entity and complete the data collection.

Draft report

The analytical team analyzes the collected information, applies MFR CR’s model, and prepares the draft credit rating report.

Approval

The Rating Committee convenes to review all credit rating materials and assign the final credit rating and outlook.

Appeal and issuance

A summary of the final credit rating report is shared with the rated entity to identify any factual errors. Subsequently, the final credit rating report is sent to the rated entity.

Monitoring

The analytical team monitors and reviews the creditworthiness of the rated entity to confirm or change the credit rating and outlook.
